The Northern Association of Boating Administrators promotes boating safety by providing a medium for the exchange of views and experiences; by fostering interstate, federal-state and international cooperation and coordination in solving boating problems; by promoting greater uniformity in laws and regulations; by increasing efficiency in administration and enforcement of boating laws; and, to the extent feasible and desirable, by promoting consensus of views on any subject within the purview of the Association, including the effective presentation and dissemination of such views.

Sea Grant is a local, state, and federal partnership designed to help people address coastal issues.
Sea Grant transfers science-based information to a variety of audiences interested in the shoreline of New York State.
